InLoox 11 has been available since September 29, 2022. This major version brings many changes, including increased system requirements. The InLoox support team helps you migrate from InLoox 10 to InLoox 11:
These system requirements apply to all editions of InLoox.
Starting with version 11, the Windows client requires the .Net 6 Desktop Runtime instead of the previous .Net Framework 4.5.2. If you are using .Net 6 already, you do not need to do anything. If not, the .Net 6 Desktop Runtime will be downloaded and installed during the InLoox 11 installation (prerequisite: existing Internet connection).
Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Outlook and Windows are supported; we strongly recommend 64-bit as well as the latest Microsoft Office and Windows service packs.
For the integration of the InLoox add-in for Outlook to work correctly, the setting "Do not allow Home Page URL to be set in folder Properties" must not be activated in the Windows group policies. The settings can be found in the Group Policy Editor under the following path: User Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Microsoft Outlook >> Folder Home Pages for Outlook Special Folders >> "Do not allow Home Page URL to be set in folder Properties"
Please make sure that your Office is installed either via Windows Installer (MSI) or Click 2 Run Installer, and not downloaded from the Microsoft Store.
Microsoft Windows Server 2016 or higher is required for Terminal Server operation.
These system requirements apply to InLoox On-Premise Edition only.
