Your tasks

As a sales representative, you are responsible for the acquisition of new customers, predominately in the USA and Canada. You will contact potential customers via web presentations and on the phone. You will work at our Munich office with an option to work at our San Francisco office. In Munich you will work in late shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.). You will present our company's software in a dynamic, energetic and enthusiastic way. You’re the “one face to the customer” - from the first contact, during the sales process and the training. Our customers come from all business and industry sectors - small, mid-sized and blue chip enterprises. You will monitor the developments in the market, identify new business opportunities and are always focused on excellent results. You will report directly to the senior management. Your compensation will be comprised of a base salary plus an attractive commission schedule.

 Language skills

English: Excellent communicator. German skills are a plus, but not a requirement. 


Your profile

You have two plus years of experience in software/service sales, preferably B2B or project management, with a consistent and proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations. In your business education and, ideally, in further trainings, you have acquired a qualified business knowledge. You have gained experience in the sales of software products that require explanation. You stand out due to your enthusiasm for performance-oriented work and your entrepreneurial attitude. You put your heart and soul into your sales activities and you have a keen feeling for the market, your customers and their needs. You work analytically, methodically and goal-oriented. With your outstanding communication skills, you know how to present yourself and to negotiate convincingly and you are proficient in closing sales. You have a highly proficient level of computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. You will be trained on our software products when you join our company.
