Munich, November 5th 2014 – With InLoox PM 8.2, software manufacturer InLoox has released the latest version of its Outlook-integrated project management software. The new version focuses on performance and stability. InLoox PM 8.2 uses fewer system resources than its predecessors and offers even more power and speed when it comes to planning, managing, budgeting and documenting projects. Users at company sites with lower network speed or customers who access their projects in the corporate network from outside the company will especially benefit from these improvements.
With version 8, InLoox has reached an important milestone in the development of its project management software. For the first time, InLoox PM combines agile and classic project management methods in one platform that all teams and departments of a company can use – no matter which project management approach they prefer. Version 8 also bridges the gap between the needs of small teams and the coordination of major projects.
The Kanban board helps small or agile work groups to plan and share out tasks in a straightforward way. With InLoox PM, project teams that manage large-scale projects gain an overview and planning security in complex project environments. The new dashboards, for example, offer project directors real-time analyses by customizable criteria and key figures and enable them to integrate external data sources. With the significantly more powerful version 8.2, InLoox can now play to these strengths even better.
Outlook integration as the unifying element
