Project management is an operation area, where the objectives are defined and the needed resources (time, cost, work effort, energy, area etc.), quality and risks are taken in account to achieve them. The management of a project is the application of skills, tools and methods for the planning and the execution of a project. The method of the work structuring and the network is the basis of the modern project management methods that was developed in the US at the end of the 1950 of 20 Jht.

The project management contains stages as project time scheduling: to describe the project phases; risk estimation; project organization; definition of the material and non-material resources; assignment of tasks; project control; project controlling (for the survey and control of the effectiveness of the project process), reporting about the project events; analysis of the results. The primary task of the project management is an achievement of all project objects and events considering the project boundaries. As a rule these boundaries are options, time and budget.
